The former harbour dairy remains what it has always been: a place of production. Like a good beer, the design follows a kind of purity law: few, honest ingredients, used with consistency. Stainless steel, ceramic, concrete and glass form a restrained material palette. The dining area becomes part of the production landscape, while views into the manufacturing process become part of the experience. In this way, the project brings together product, craftsmanship, people and the city in one place.

The project was honored with the ICONIC AWARD: Innovative Architecture, which celebrates outstanding achievements across architecture, interior architecture, and design.
